Is the assessment free?
Yes. The first assessment and route evaluation are entirely free, and you are not required to provide complete documents beforehand.
How soon will I hear back?
Usually within one business day. If your matter is urgent, mark it "Urgent" in the email subject line.
Can we start online?
Yes. We support WeChat, phone and video calls, and document preparation and submission can all be handled remotely.
Do I have to meet in Shenzhen?
No. Our clients come from across Mainland China and overseas, and in-person meetings are optional. If you would like to visit, please book in advance.
