Seven years is not endured — it is planned.

At the heart of a Hong Kong permanent resident application is proof of "ordinarily resident in Hong Kong for a continuous period of seven years". This is not something you prepare in year seven — every year of address, income, tax and MPF records is evidence. We provide a full 3–7 year plan that lists in advance the evidence to retain each year, then consolidates it into a complete application file in year seven.
